​How Do I Place An Order?​

There are a fews ways to place an order. Each process is a little different depending on what you need! 

I received a Quote, Now what? 

After you approve the quote, a design proof is sent to your email for your approval. At this step you approve the design proof or send in your changes.

Approve your design proof and pay your invoice.

I will begin your order and email you along the way. Most orders deliver with 5 business days. 



I don't need a Proof, I just want to place my order? 

Go to place my order and enter your job details here. If I have any questions, I will give you a call before moving forward with your order. Your invoice will be emailed over for payment. 

 

Payment & Shipping

Payment is due before I start your order. 

How do I pay? 

I will always email you an invoice with the full breakdown of your order. There are no hidden fees. 

What type of shipping do you offer? 

I offer FREE UPS ground and USPS 1st class parcel shipping on all orders. If you need expedited shipping, let me know. I offer USPS priority shipping for an additional cost. I can also ship on your account UPS if needed. 



 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

What types of payments do you take? 

Because like you I am a small business I offer an array of ways to pay. Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Square, Zelle, Credit Card, Debit Card and check. Please note checks take 3-4 business days to clear and will add time to your order. 



 

Returns & Refunds

I currently don't accept returns due to the custom nature of each order. BUT, if you have issues with an order please call or email me. I am happy to replace any items you are unhappy with. Please take 3-4 pictures of the item and let me know why you are unhappy.
